Membership and Billing

If you need to update your payment method, view a receipt, or cancel your membership, please use the secure link provided by Stripe in your membership emails.

If you cannot find the link or need additional help, email support@goodthingsmail.com

Report a Community Concern

To report a possible violation of the Community Agreement or a concern involving another member, email us with as much relevant information as possible.

Reports will be reviewed privately and handled according to our Community Agreement and membership policies. Report through email at support@goodthingsmail.com
