Who receives my mailing address?

With Standard Membership, your first name and mailing address are shared only with your assigned club member. With Private Membership, your mailing address is not shared with other members.

What if my assigned member does not respond?

Contact us at support@goodthingsmail.com. We will review the situation and may provide a new match or another reasonable solution.

How do I update my mailing address?

Email support@goodthingsmail.com. before your next mailing is prepared.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel through the secure Stripe Customer Portal or by emailing support@goodthingsmail.com. Cancellation stops future recurring charges.
